Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Nexfend processes when you use this website or contact us, why we process it, and the rights you have.

Who we are

Nexfend Ltd ("Nexfend", "we") is the controller for the personal data described in this notice. For any privacy question or request, contact us at nexfendsecure@gmail.com.

The enquiry form

The contact form runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, the page validates your entries and opens a pre-filled message in your own email application. The website does not transmit or store what you type. The message is only sent if you choose to send it from your email application, at which point your email provider and our email provider process it to deliver and handle your enquiry.

Please do not include special-category, confidential or otherwise sensitive information in an enquiry.

Information we process

We process two kinds of personal data:

Why we process it, and our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): to respond to and manage enquiries you send us, and to keep this website secure, available and free from abuse. You can object to this processing at any time using the contact details above.

Who it is shared with

We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf: our email provider (currently Google) handles messages you send us, and the infrastructure that hosts this website processes server log data. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

International transfers

Some providers, including our email provider, may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any related follow-up, and then delete them. Technical server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Some interactive features may keep information in your browser on your device only; that information is never sent to us.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in UK data protection law, you have the right to access your personal data and to ask us to rectify, erase, restrict or port it, and to object to our processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to resolve your concern first.
