A security partner that thinks like an attacker.

No inflated promises and no borrowed logos. Just practical, practitioner-led work scoped around the risk you actually carry.

01

Offence and defence, one team

The people who find the attack path also help you close it. Testing, detection and response informed by each other, not handed between vendors.

02

Built for the AI era

LLMs, agents and the tools they can reach are first-class in our work, mapped to the OWASP LLM Top 10, ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF.

03

Humans stay in control

We design for least privilege and human-governed action. Sensitive steps are held for approval, and your team always owns the decision.

04

Clear scope, honest claims

Every engagement starts with written rules and boundaries. You get prioritised findings and evidence, never a sales report dressed up as results.

Built for teams in financial services, healthcare, the public sector, SaaS and technology, research and education, and critical infrastructure.

Prompt injection

Risk: Malicious input redirects the model.

Focus: Test prompts, retrieval and tools.

Sensitive data disclosure

Risk: Private data leaks through AI workflows.

Focus: Review access, data flows and redaction.

Excessive agency

Risk: AI has unnecessary permissions.

Focus: Bound tools and require approval.

Supply chain & poisoning

Risk: Models or data are compromised.

Focus: Check provenance and dependencies.

Insecure output handling

Risk: Unsafe outputs reach other systems.

Focus: Validate and safely handle outputs.

Abuse & unbounded consumption

Risk: Misuse drives harm, disruption or cost.

Focus: Test abuse and usage limits.

Clear answers, before we start.

How we scope, price and run engagements. If your question is not here, a short call is the fastest way to a straight answer.

How do engagements get scoped and priced?

Every engagement begins with a short scoping conversation. We agree objectives, in-scope assets, techniques, timing, exclusions and stop conditions in writing before any work starts. Pricing follows the agreed scope rather than a fixed package, so you only pay for work that answers your question.

What do I actually receive at the end?

Typically prioritised findings with clear evidence, practical remediation guidance, and a readout with your team. Depending on the work that can include a risk register, architecture review, research evaluation or test report. We do not dress up marketing as measured results.

How is AI security different from a normal penetration test?

AI systems add new attack surface: prompts, retrieved content, tools and agent permissions. We test those paths against the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and help bound what the system is allowed to do, alongside the traditional application and infrastructure testing you would expect.

How do you handle our data and systems safely?

We work within the limits agreed in your rules of engagement, use least-privilege access, handle data carefully and escalate anything sensitive immediately. Testing stops at the agreed boundaries, and we agree data handling, retention and reporting before the work begins.

Can you work alongside our existing security team or suppliers?

Yes. We regularly complement in-house teams and other providers, sharing findings in a way your people can act on and own. Knowledge transfer is part of the engagement, not an upsell.

Do you publish client names, certifications or metrics?

Not unless they are verified and we have permission. We would rather show you our approach and let the work speak than list logos or numbers we cannot stand behind. Formal company and regulatory details are published only once confirmed.

Bring a difficult question. Leave with a clearer next step.
