Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website. They should be reviewed against Nexfend Ltd's actual services and operations, and given appropriate legal review, before production use.

About these terms

This website is operated by Nexfend Ltd ("Nexfend", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Use the contact email below with any questions.

Illustrative content, not advice

The content on this site is provided for general information about Nexfend's areas of work. Product screens, dashboards, the reference architecture, the threat simulator, synthetic events and the research and development planning tool are illustrative examples built from synthetic data. They are not measured results, a security assessment, a certification, or a guarantee of outcomes.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, regulatory or security advice, and it should not be relied on as such. The planning tool performs simple scenario arithmetic from assumptions you choose; it does not determine eligibility, relief, tax treatment or claim value. Obtain qualified professional advice before making decisions.

Enquiries and the contact form

The enquiry form runs in your browser and prepares a pre-filled email in your own email application. The site does not transmit or store what you type. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in an enquiry. Any engagement for services is subject to a separate written agreement, including scope, authorisation and rules of engagement agreed before work begins.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, probe or scan it without authorisation, or misuse any content. Any security testing of Nexfend systems requires prior written permission.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and other material on this site are owned by or licensed to Nexfend and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without permission. Named frameworks, standards and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for information only.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that any information is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexfend is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

External links

The site may reference external organisations, standards or resources. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party site or resource.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the website and our services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local rights you may have.
